Burglary suspect wearing “CROOKS” jacket wanted

Police said the suspect’s jacket “sums up” the crime

Police are asking the public to assist in identifying and locating a suspect who was caught checking for unlocked car doors in southeast Arlington.

The male suspect was captured on security camera breaking into a vehicle in the 5300 block of Farragut Drive.

He was wearing a black jacket with a white emblem and lettering on the front. On the back of the jacket, white lettering possibly spells “CROOKS.”

He’s further described as being between 5’10” and 6’1” tall and weighing about 200-220 pounds. He had with him a black Puma branded backpack with a large, red-colored Puma logo on the back.
